Non-refundable payment upon arrival.

No amount will be charged at the time of booking. Payment will take place upon arrival. In case of cancellation, no show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and will not be refunded. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card first of the arrival requesting the pre-authorization of the cost of the entire reservation. Pre-authorization does not imply charges, but only the temporary blocking of the agreed rate, as a guarantee. Please note: rates do not include the tourist tax.

Standard cancellation conditions

Cancellation within 4 days from the date of arrival (local time). In case of cancellation beyond the above terms or in case of "no show" the amount of the first night will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival by requesting the pre-authorization of the first night cost. The pre-authorization does not involve charges, but only the temporary block of the agreed rate, as a guarantee. Note: tourist tax not included in the price.
